Work with your brain,
not against it.
Difference is not a deficit. Whether you are an adult figuring out ADHD, an organisation that wants to work better for different minds, or a parent raising neurodivergent children, you deserve support built around how brains actually work.
Systems that fit your brain, not someone else's.
Most productivity advice was written for brains that work differently from yours. In coaching, we start from how you actually function: where your energy goes, what derails you, and what has quietly been working all along.
It is practical, strengths-based and paced to you. We build routines you can keep, tools you will actually use, and a clearer understanding of yourself.
Time, planning and getting started on things that matter
Overwhelm, energy and sensory needs
Routines, habits and body doubling
Work, relationships and communicating what you need
Making sense of a late or recent diagnosis, or of suspecting you might be neurodivergent
Workplaces that work for different minds.
Neurodivergent people are already in your team, your classroom, your community. Small, practical changes make a large difference to how they work and how they feel. I help organisations understand what is needed and put it into practice.
A clear, human introduction to ADHD and neurodiversity for your team or community, without jargon.
Practical sessions on communication, meetings, sensory environments and reasonable adjustments.
Review of how you currently work, with recommendations your people can really implement.
Every engagement is shaped around your context. [Add formats, languages and typical duration here.]
New Diversity ASBL
Difference is not a deficit.
I founded New Diversity, a non-profit in Luxembourg focused on neurodiversity, and serve as its president. It is volunteer-led, built on the belief that neurodivergent people and their families should not have to navigate this alone.
We run information events, build connections with institutions and communities, and create spaces where people can learn, be understood and find each other.
Birth and parenthood, made more accessible.
Pregnancy, birth and the early years come with sensory demands, unpredictable routines and systems that rarely account for neurodivergent minds. Whether you are neurodivergent yourself or parenting a neurodivergent child, you deserve support that understands this.
I volunteer with ND Birth, which works to make birth and parenthood more accessible and supportive for neurodivergent families, and I trained through the ND Birth Course. I have also recorded a podcast episode on neurodivergent parenting.
If you are expecting, my neurodiversity-affirming parenthood support includes sensory profiling and reasonable adjustments for birth.

Coaching and consulting do not replace diagnosis, assessment or treatment by a qualified clinician. They support understanding, strategies and informed conversations with the professionals you choose to work with.
Let's talk about what you need.
Coaching for yourself, a session for your organisation, or a way to get involved with New Diversity. Tell me a little and I will get back to you personally.
