Pregnancy, birth and parenthood,
made for your brain.
Neurodiversity-affirming preparation and support for neurodivergent parents and families in Luxembourg — and for the professionals who care for them.
We start with how you experience the world.
Every client begins with a sensory and communication profile. We map what helps and what overwhelms, so preparation, birth and the early weeks are adapted to you, not the other way around.
Sensory
Light, sound, touch and smell, planned for in advance.
Communication
Direct and literal, or gentle and warm. No assumptions about eye contact or small talk.
Pacing
Processing time, repeated explanations, shorter or split sessions and written summaries.
Advocacy
Support with your needs inside the Luxembourg maternity system.
Pregnancy and birth companionship
Someone beside you from pregnancy through the early postpartum weeks, who understands that your needs are valid and plans around them. Visits are scheduled around your capacity, and shorter, more frequent visits are just as good.
Prenatal visits
Birth support, with flexibility planned in advance for the day
Postpartum visits, including basic homekeeping
C-section recovery plans
Nutrition support and aromatherapy
Dimmed lights, quiet spaces, comfort items and stimming tools in the birth space
Parenthood preparation classes
Preparing for a baby, or for a new chapter after a diagnosis, comes with unwritten rules and information that arrives all at once. These classes are designed for how neurodivergent brains learn: clear information, space for questions, and nothing taken for granted.
Clear, step-by-step information about pregnancy, birth and the first weeks, including how the Luxembourg maternity system works
Navigating a diagnosis: what it means and what comes next
Family life after a teen's diagnosis
Creating sensory-friendly home spaces
Family routines that work for everyone
Emotional regulation and communication
Written summaries and practical tools to take home
Creative family workshops for the whole family
Run a workshop or programme with me
If you work with families in the perinatal period — as a midwife, doctor, nurse, therapist, birth educator or in a clinic or organisation — and want your services to work better for neurodivergent parents, let's build something together.
Workshops and trainings
For your team on neurodivergent pregnancy, birth and parenting.
Programmes for parents
Classes or groups co-run with you, hosted at your site.
Info sessions
Short sessions on reasonable adjustments and communication.
Volunteering with ND Birth
I volunteer with ND Birth, which works to make birth and parenthood more accessible and supportive for neurodivergent families, and I trained through the ND Birth course.
With ND Birth's Victoria White, I recorded a podcast episode on neurodivergent parenting. The same belief runs through all of my work: neurodivergent parents deserve care that fits them.
